Youth Programs

Youth Programs (YP) provides activities and programs that improve and maintain the physical and mental well-being of youth ages 5 to 18. The YP facility has a full sized gym; teen room; pre-teen room; computer room; snack bar; and school-age rooms. We also have an outdoor play area; basketball court; four baseball fields; skateboard park; tennis courts; obstacle course; and soccer field. Youth Programs in affiliation with 4H and Boys & Girls Club of America promotes the five core areas of character and leadership; education and career; health and life skills; the arts; and sports, fitness, and recreation.

Youth, ages 9 to 18 are eligible to purchase an annual membership. The annual fee is $60 per youth. All memberships expire annually on September 30. With each membership, youth receive a membership card. As per AFI 34-144, participation in youth programs is limited to youth up to 18 years old. Children 5 years of age and under are allowed to participate only in those activities organized specifically for their group. Family members of active duty, retired military, DoD, and NAF Civilian personnel are allowed to participate in programs and activities. Parents must complete an AF Form 88, Youth Programs Application, whether their child is participating as a member or non-member.
